Yes. We agree the sample or trial scope up front, including what the acceptance criteria are, so the sample answers a real question rather than just being a box checked.

Whatever is agreed as the acceptance point for your order — from in-process checks to final inspection — reported with photos and clear pass or fail against the agreed criteria.

Your specification is the contract. Where an independent standard or certification is required, we agree the issuing body and testing plan before production starts.

We work within commercial terms agreed between you, us and the factory for each order. Because we are on the ground, we keep the payment schedule tied to verifiable milestones rather than blind dates.

We coordinate inspection, consolidation, export documents and shipment against your destination. For most destinations we work with your freight forwarder or ours, whichever is cleaner.
